Want a better fit? Here is how to trim the base on a Stock Hair System:
Using a sharp pair of scissors (or an X-Acto knife), cut from the underside (base side) of the hairpiece. Keep the scissors as close as possible to the base to avoid cutting off more hair than necessary. It’s a good idea to use a hairclip to keep the hair away from the scissors. Remember that if you cut away 1/2" from each side, you are reducing the width by a full inch. Measure carefully.
