Base Bond is the best new liquid adhesive on the market. It is so easy to apply & dries so quickly that you can do a full attachment in less than five minutes! Use a single layer for a one-day attachment or multiple layers for a 5 – 14 day attachment. It’s great on both lace and skin-type bases. If you are using any of the other acrylic (white) adhesives, you have to give Base Bond a try!

This is a nice, easy-to-apply waterproof adhesive. It come in a glass bottle with applicator brush in the cap. You can use it for a full perimeter bond on lace or as a touch up when your adhesive or tape starts to loosen. It’s supposed to be good for a 2-10 day attachment, but I’d figure on 2-3 days. Easy cleanup. Contains Toluene. Avoid breathing fumes.
0.5 oz. bottle
Mity-Tite is a shorter-term cousin to Ultra-Hold that will give a solid attachment for 2-4 days. It comes in a glass bottle with applicator brush in the cap. Contains Toluene. Avoid breathing fumes.
Tight-Grip is an excellent roll-on acrylic adhesive that gives a secure attachment for up to 14 days. Be very careful when applying Tight-Grip. The roller-ball applicator can pull away from the bottle without warning, allowing the adhesive to pour out. Serious, permanent vision impairment can occur if the adhesive gets in your eyes. Contains Toluene.
1.4 oz. bottle
This is probably the strongest of the acrylic adhesives. It’s been around a long time and no one has come up with anything stronger or longer lasting. You can count on a 3- week hold from one application, although it can last some people for as long as 6 weeks. It comes in a glass bottle with applicator brush in the cap. Contains Toluene. Avoid breathing fumes.
3.4 oz. bottle
This adhesive is similar to Liqui-Tape. It goes on a little thinner and provides a stronger hold for some people. Use it on lace or poly for a perimeter bond or full-head bond.
